REGISTRATION COUNTER
The registration counter is available at Rapture Reception Desk which is located in the lobby level of Mulia Resort. The counter is opened until Friday 31 August 2018 from 9AM – 9PM.
On 1 September 2018 the registration counter will no longer be at the Mulia Resort Lobby and registration and ticketing is only available at the Rapture Reception Counters.

WRISTBAND EXCHANGE
Visitors are required to print and present their payment confirmation at designated Registration Counters in exchange for a wristband before entering the venue.

Registration requirements:

  • Payment confirmation, either printed or shown on mobile phone.
  • Reception can request to see a valid ID with credentials matching the payment confirmation. (National Identification Card/Driving License/Passport)
  • Upon successfully registering, a unique wristband will be provided, which serves as your identification during Rapture.

YOU MUST WEAR THE WRISTBAND PROPERLY SECURED AT ALL TIME WHILST AT RAPTURE. VISITORS WITHOUT A WRISTBAND WILL BE ESCORTED OFF THE FESTIVAL GROUNDS AND RISK BEING REPORTED TO THE AUTHORITIES.

Every person entering Rapture – Mulia must have a valid form of photographic identification in the form of either a passport or Indonesian ID. Please present during registration and exchange for a wristband.
No visitors under 18 years old are permitted into the venue.

TRANSPORTATION & PARKING

  • Taxis and online ride-hailing platforms are highly recommended, due to limited capacity of parking spots. Drop off zone will be at Jl. Pantai Geger
  • Hotel parking will be exclusively reserved for In-house guests only, which will be located offsite opposite Mulia Resort entrance.
  • Non In House guests will be refused entry from Mulia Resort’s main entrance on 1 September 2018.
  • Non In house guests may use the designated “Mulia Rapture parking area” at BTDC Central parking (opposite Bali Collection) and a constant shuttle service will be provided.

VENUE ENTRANCE

  • Non-hotel guests entrance is located at The Mulia Beach accessible through Geger Beachwalk; Entrance 1.
  • Registered Hotel guests only can enter from inside Hotel premises; Entrance 2, 3, and 4.

DOORS OPENING AND CLOSING HOURS

MULIA RAPTURE PARTY will start from 12:00 noon and end at 8:00PM
Doors are open from 12:00 noon and entrance closes at 2:00PM.
Please come early to get your best spot.

HOTEL

DRESS CODE

The Management reserves the right to refuse admission.

  1. Chic and Stylish.
  2. Dress to Impress. We do not permit: beer branded singlet, cut off clothing or athletic sportswear.
  3. Proper swim attire to be worn in the pools at all times.
  4. Inside the restaurant, sleeveless shirt for men, swimsuit, bathrobe and room slippers are not allowed.

SEATING ARRANGEMENT

  • Large group reservations will be on separate tables as we do not have tables for certain big numbers and we are unable to move tables and chairs inside the premises for our guest comfort and safety reasons. However, we will provide tables which are close to one another.
  • Seating arrangement at Sky Bar and Rapture VIP Deck will be placed in random order and are not reserveable.
  • Sky Bar and Rapture VIP Deck seating is provided based on availability and if seating or tables are left unattended for 15 minutes, management has the right to release them.

SAFETY AND SECURITY

  • In order to expedite entry into the event and to continue to promote the safety of festival goers, employees, crew and others, there shall be a Security check upon arrival checking the size and type of items that are allowed or prohibited to be brought into the venue.

BAG POLICY & LOCKER

  • The items outlined below are permissible to be brought into the event:
    1. Small clutch bags, approximately the size of a hand either with or without a handle or straps is allowed.
    2. “Fanny-pack(s)” or similar waist-packs will be allowed.
  • Exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis for medically required items after proper inspection.
  • Pigeon hole lockers are available in limited quantities.
  • For visitors’ safety and convenience, the organization highly suggests to bring only what is needed and leave bulky bags and items at home.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

  • No cameras
  • No member of the audience shall be allowed to enter the venue with professional audio or audio-visual recording equipment.
  • No illegal or illicit substance, drugs or drug paraphernalia
  • No weapons or any sharp objects
  • No flammable items or liquids including aerosol and fireworks
  • No bulky backpacks, purses, or bags allowed
  • No animals
  • No outside food or beverage including alcohol
  • No bottles, cans canteen, flasks or cooler
  • No opened over the counter medication or eye drops
  • No balloons, balls, inflatable balls, floaties, frisbees or flying disks
  • No laser pens, laser pointers, or similar focused light devices
  • No water guns, squirt guns and spray bottles
  • No poles or sticks including selfie-sticks
  • No markers pens or spray paint
  • No opened packs of cigarette
  • No vaporizer liquid
  • No bicycles, skateboards, hover-boards, scooters or personal motorized vehicles
  • No selfie sticks including GoPro sticks
  • No alcohol & cigarette branded singlet
  • Exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis for medically required items after proper inspection

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • This event is strictly for guests age 18 and above. ID is required and will be checked at entrance to the venue.
  • Alcoholic beverages can only be purchased by guests age 21 and above.
  • Mulia Rapture party is a rain or shine event.
  • Ticket(s) purchased is non-refundable and exchangeable in any way (unless the event has been cancelled or rescheduled by the organizer) however it is transferable.
  • Tickets purchased are not allowed to be redistributed or used for any commercial/promotional purpose and marketing event, without prior written consent from the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to cancel any tickets that have been resold, redistributed or otherwise used without prior written consent from the organizer, and to deny such ticket holder entry.
  • The artiste, advertised programs and the audience capacity of the event are subject to change prior notice at sole discretion of the organizer. No refunds will be given.
  • The organizer may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event, or deny access to the venue, due to adverse weather, dangerous situation or any other causes beyond reasonable control.
  • The organizer and artiste are not liable for any compensation and/or cancellation charges for travel expenses resulting from the event being cancelled or postponed.
    All guests should be wearing wristband upon entering the venue and wristband must be wear at all time on the venue. Any attempt to enter the venue without valid ticket/credentials will be resulted in immediate removal from the venue and legal action will be brought upon the violator(s).
  • No member of the audience shall be allowed to enter the Venue(s) with camera, professional audio or audio-visual recording equipment (it being acknowledged that the use of mobile phones by members of the audience shall not be a breach of the provisions of this clause). Members of the audience shall be required to hand any such equipment to Venue(s) security personnel upon entering the Venue(s) in exchange for a receipt. Members of the audience shall be able to claim back their equipment upon presentation of their receipt at the time of their exit from the Venue(s). The Promoter shall arrange with the Venue(s) for these security procedures to be adopted.
  • The ticket holder agrees to submit to any search for prohibited items including but not limited to, selfie sticks or monopod, weapon, drugs, controlled, dangerous and illegal substance and unauthorised cameras, audio or video recording devices. Any person found in the possession of the above mentioned items will be asked to leave from the venue and all imagery/recording material, if found inside the venue, will be confiscated.
  • Admission to the venue constitutes the agreement and consent of the ticket holder, to be photographed and film otherwise recorded in connection with the event. It also constitutes the agreement and consent of the holder that his or her name, voice and likeness may be broadcasted, distributed or displayed in connection with any programs related to the event without compensation being paid to the ticket holder.
  • The organizer reserves the right, without refund or compensation, to refuse admission/evict any person(s) who are severely intoxicated, effected by drugs, with inappropriate or disorderly conduct (including climbing trees and poles).
  • Venue concept and furniture lay out must remain as it is in original state.
  • No outside food and beverages are allowed to be brought into the venue at any time.
  • The organizer will not be responsible for any ticket that is lost, stolen or destroyed. Purchasers are solely responsible for the safe-keeping of their print ticket(s).
  • The organizer and its contractors, nominees, agents and/or employees shall not be liable for any death, personal injury, loss or damage incurred or suffered by anyone in relation to the event regardless of fault or reasons. All guests must be responsible for their own belonging during the event.
  • No distribution of unauthorized promotional items, sampling as well as giveaways in the venue.
  • Kindly be informed that PT Mulia Graha Tatalestari, owner of The Mulia, Mulia Resort & Villas – Nusa Dua, Bali holds the proprietary right to any Marketing and Promotional materials for Mulia Rapture Party at Ocean Pool, Mulia Resort on 1 September 2018. Any third-party may not publish or redistribute Marketing and Promotional materials in any manner, including but not limited to the artist name, pictures, posters and movie clips.
  • For safety and security reason, all guests (without exception) participating in the event will be search as per the organizer safety and security standard including, but not limited to, electronic drug detector, k-9, pat down search such as emptying pockets and having your bag examined prior to entry into the venue without exception. A specific policy on size and type of bag and items that you may bring to the event is also applied. Please refer to BAG POLICY and PROHIBITED ITEMS list.
